Spande, represented in France by MachGlobal, is set to make a landmark appearance at Labelexpo Europe 2025 in Barcelona, securing nearly 1,000 sqm of exhibition space — the largest booth area at the event — to present three of its flagship flexo press lines.

“This event represents the biggest investment in Spande’s history of participating in Labelexpo,” said Ye Keqin, Chairman of Spande. “It is a unique opportunity to showcase our state-of-the-art flexographic printing technologies and our strong product portfolio to users worldwide.”

At Booths 3E101 and 1070, Spande will feature:

  • S7 Flexo Press – Now in its fifth generation, equipped with eight servo systems per printing unit, fully automatic pressure settings, and intelligent visual registration. Available in four web widths (370–670 mm), the S7 is designed for premium label and flexible packaging applications. At Labelexpo, Spande will demonstrate a 450 mm, 8-color configuration with dual die-cutting, full LED UV, and hot air drying, highlighting its one-touch quick-change capabilities.
  • S5 Flexo Press – Aimed at the mid-range market, featuring a fully independent drive system and gearless printing cylinders. A 12-color S5 line will showcase high-speed processes such as lamination and cold foil.
  • AC Series Mid-Wide Web Line – Running at speeds up to 250 m/min with widths of 700 mm and 800 mm, each flexo unit integrates nine servo motors and handles substrates from 12 to 800 microns, including paper, PE, OPP, PPC, PVC, films, cartons, self-adhesive, and aluminum-coated materials. The AC Series supports both roll-to-roll and roll-to-final-package workflows with comprehensive in-line finishing, including embossing, creasing, die-cutting, stripping, inspection, sorting, and stacking.

Beyond its Labelexpo showcase, Spande has unveiled a mid-term strategic investment plan to increase production capacity fivefold within three years and drive global market expansion. A new 25,000 sqm headquarters, integrating R&D, assembly, and office facilities, is scheduled for completion by mid-2026.
