Unwinder:
– Pnumatical mandrel diam 76 mm,
– Mechanical brake,
– Splicing table + tape dispenser,
– Cells box,
– Vacuum table at the entrance of the screen printing station.
Screen printing station:
– Pneumatic lifting of screen to ensure quick cleaning and easy change-over,
– Manual registration of screen,
– Print relief gaps are carried out via graduated micrometer buttons,
– Movement of all doctor blades and squeegee assemblies is carried out via compressed air system,
– Positions (start and end) of the printing stroke is adjustable in front of the unit,
– Print head vacuum is activated during print cycle, the air is released during paper infeed,
– Lengthwise insetting sensor,
– Drying unit : can receive a UV cassette (standard) or an IR cassette (option)
